We ship worldwide to most regions using trusted carriers like FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and responsibilities.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We carefully prepare every order with love and care! Orders are processed within 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons—like festive holidays or major sale events—processing times might take a little longer, but rest assured, we’ll work as quickly as possible.

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to one of our trusted carriers for shipping.

  • EU Domestic Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (festive season delays may apply).

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

We kindly ask all customers to double-check their shipping address at checkout to avoid any delivery issues.

    Incorrect Address Policy

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, it will either be returned to us or lost.
  • Customers will be responsible for any additional fees to resend the package, including the replacement product and shipping costs.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately—ideally within one hour—via this form. Once the package has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

    Correct Address Policy

  • If the carrier is unable to deliver the package due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., lost during transit or delivery issues), we’ll take care of it! We will send you a free replacement at no additional cost.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international shipments, local customs authorities may impose duties, taxes, or other fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details about potential fees before placing your order. Please note that Nook Decor is not responsible for customs delays or charges.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Customs clearance procedures.
  • Seasonal demand (e.g., festive periods or sales).
  • Weather disruptions or unforeseen delays by the shipping carrier.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Nook Decor cannot be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

LOST STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is missing or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Unfortunately, Nook Decor cannot take responsibility for packages that are marked as delivered but not received.

Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your order, but if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via this form. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide the following:

  • A close-up photo of the shipping label.
  • A clear photo of the damaged packaging.
  • Detailed photos of the damaged product.
  • A full product image for clarity.

After reviewing your claim, we will either issue a replacement or provide a refund at no additional cost to you.
