Because of this, we only accept exchanges or returns for a misprint, damage, or if we send the wrong product. Please consider your choice clearly before placing your order—this rug is destined to become a unique part of your story.
FREE RETURNS (With a Few Caveats)
We believe in good vibes, not gotchas. For standard orders within Hong Kong, we'll cover the return postage for eligible issues. No stress.
Just know the fine print: this policy does not apply to sale items or international orders. For international returns, you'll be responsible for the shipping back to our Hong Kong hub. Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will process a refund for your original order.

EVERYDAY MAINTENANCE:
・For regular cleaning, simply shake out dirt or vacuum. Avoid using a heavy-duty vacuum with a beater bar or brush.
・Spot clean with soap and water as needed;
MACHINE WASH:
・Use a washer with a capacity of 3.8 CU FT or larger. Wash with mild, non-bleach detergent.
・Before washing, fold the rug so that the printed surface is facing inward to protect the design.
・Machine wash at a temperature of 30°C (86°F) or lower on a gentle cycle.
・Air dry or natural dry.
・For spills or stains, spot clean with a damp cloth or use a non-alcohol wet wipe.
DEEP CLEANING:
・For thorough cleaning, you can hose down the rug to remove dirt and debris. Ensure it dries completely before storage or reuse to prevent mold and mildew growth.
・For tough stains, consider professional dry cleaning to preserve the rug's quality.
AVOID DAMAGE:
・Do not use abrasive cleaning tools or harsh chemicals that could harm the fibers and diminish the rug's lifespan.
・Do not bleach/ Do not use fabric softener.
STORAGE TIPS:
・If storing for an extended period, make sure the rug is completely dry to avoid moisture-related issues.
